Welcome to Beauty Among Us! My name is Amanda and I am the owner of a small bakery called, Heavenly Delights by ART. Joining me at times along this journey will be my mom Jean, who is a 20+ year cancer survivor. Also, my sisters, Madeline and Cindy will be with me. We all have a passion for crafts and DIY projects, which I believe my mom instilled in us.
I have been thinking about starting a blog for a while now and finally decided to take the leap. One day I asked those with me about a name and my dad said, “why not call it ‘Beauty Among Us’?” I could not have thought of a better name because that is exactly what I want this lifestyle blog to consist of…..learning to find beauty in all things around us, the simple and the great—-the big and the small.
Loving life is something to be learned because life can be messy and hard at times but if we could start looking around and finding beauty, maybe we can start to enjoy life again.
I hope that you will follow along with us to find the beautiful in all of the different aspects of life, (food, decor, diy, crafts, travel, health, inspirations and a little fashion/beauty). Life should be enjoyed and lived to the fullest. Maybe we can learn together along the way to laugh more, love greater, live fuller and be kinder.
