Wow! April is here and Easter is just a few days away!
I wanted to share some Easter desserts with you, so I went on the hunt for some of the best ones around!!

Lemon Coconut Cake
Who else loves the combination of lemon and coconut? Sooo good and so seasonal for spring and summer!!
Pineapple Coconut Cake
This one!! Wow, I cannot wait to try this cake. I love coconut and pineapple. Like a pinã colada cake.
Carrot Cake
In search of a tried and true classic for Easter? I think this carrot cake fits the bill.
Hummingbird Cake
I have always wanted to try a Hummingbird Cake. Maybe this will be my year. This cake has all of the spring feels, from pineapple to banana to coconut!!
Lemon Cake
Lo’s Kitchen is a favorite of mine to follow! I started following her for her sourdough recipes but she has some amazing desserts too. And lemon is a favorite for those spring/summer gatherings!!
Strawberry Lemon Cake
Cake by Courtney is another amazing baker with so many tips. When I saw this cake, I knew that I had to share it with you guys. It looks absolutely delicious!!
